Terms of Participation

Last updated: 24 June 2025

By purchasing Slay Your Selfies™ (the “Programme”), you (the “Client”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Rosie Parsons Photography Ltd (the “Company”) and agree to the following terms and conditions.

programme access

The Programme includes access to:

  • Video lessons
  • Written guides
  • Worksheets
  • Posing challenges
  • Other training and support resources

These materials are hosted in a password-protected members’ area. Access is granted to the named purchaser only and is non-transferable.

You will have lifetime access to the Programme, which means access will continue for as long as the Programme remains available. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Programme at any time, for example due to technical platform changes or business closure, with at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download core materials.

The Company reserves the right to revoke access in the event of a breach of these terms.

fees

The Programme is available either as:

  • A one-time payment of £297
  • Or four monthly payments of £87 (total £348)

This is not a credit agreement. The payment plan is a split-payment arrangement, and you agree to complete all instalments regardless of course progress or usage.

If you select the payment plan, your card will be charged automatically each month. You are responsible for all scheduled payments unless you qualify for a refund under the terms below.

An optional digital download titled Get Featured in the Press is available at checkout for £27. This product is non-refundable once delivered.

refund policy

We want you to love your selfies. If you've completed the Programme and aren't seeing results, you're covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee — as long as you’ve done the work.

To request a refund:

  • Email support@rosieparsonsphotography.com within 60 days of purchase
  • Include proof that you’ve completed the photo challenges from each module

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • A change of mind
  • Financial difficulties
  • Failure to complete the course

If a refund is granted, access to the Programme will be revoked, and you must delete all downloaded materials.

A standard 14-day cooling-off period may apply in accordance with consumer law.

intellectual property

All materials and content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Rosie Parsons Photography Ltd. Purchase grants a single-user licence for personal and business promotion purposes only.

You may:

  • Use the course to improve your own brand presence and create content to promote your business (e.g. for social media, websites, newsletters)

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Programme
  • Repurpose or adapt course content to create your own course or offer similar training
  • Share login credentials or distribute materials to others

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage and may take legal action and/or seek damages for violations.

community standards

If you participate in any member community (e.g. private Facebook group), you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

We have a zero tolerance policy for:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Bullying, spam, or disruptive behaviour
  • Posting of inappropriate or harmful content

Members who breach these standards will receive one warning. Repeated or serious breaches may result in removal from the group, without refund. Access to the core course materials will remain unaffected.

confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary content, templates, and processes shared in the Programme. In addition, you agree not to share personal information or discussions from the Programme community outside the group, respecting the privacy of all participants.

disclaimers

This Programme provides educational content and is not a substitute for personalised professional advice. Results will vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

The Company makes no guarantees of visibility, press features, business growth, or financial results. Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Some links provided in the Programme may be affiliate links, which means the Company may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. These are only recommended if genuinely believed to be valuable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Programme.

payment terms

You authorise the Company to charge your chosen payment method according to the selected plan.

If a payment fails, your access may be suspended or revoked. Suspension does not release you from the obligation to complete all instalments.

If all payment methods fail and no alternative is provided, your account may be referred to a collections agency.

relationship of parties

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. You are a customer receiving access to educational content only.

legal stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and apply to clients globally. You agree that any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, specifically those nearest to Exeter, Devon.

By purchasing, you waive any right to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued access to the Programme following any changes shall constitute your agreement to the updated terms.
